We stayed for our anniversary and enjoyed a spacious room with lovely decor, but the lack of warmth from the staff was disappointing. The free breakfast offered a nice selection, and the hotel was located conveniently close to Central Avenue. Overall, it was a quiet escape, though the staff's attitude left something to be desired.

This hotel has its ups and downs. On the positive side, I absolutely loved how close it is to downtown Hot Springs, allowing for easy walking distance to local attractions and events. The rooms I stayed in seemed newly decorated and comfortable, complete with a mini-fridge and microwave. However, I had a few issues during my stay, particularly with cleanliness and noise disturbances from other guests. Overall, the location is fantastic, but be prepared for some inconveniences.
